Fabrication Division
Based on an increasing demand for precision mechanical fabrication, this division was established in June 2012 and is made up of specialized, licensed personnel with welding qualifications for all AISI steels, austenitic, martensitic, and ferritic, and carbon steels; special alloys such as aluminum, magnesium, anticorodal, titanium, duplex, and super-duplex – for all thicknesses up to 200 mm and using FCAW processes.
We make medium- to heavy-fabrication structures using stainless steel, carbon steel, and lightweight alloys at TIG, MIG, MAG welding stations. We work with highly advanced MILLER machines, and have welding positioners for piping, cold wire welding process, material cutting center, and a department for cleaning, finishing, and conducting borescope inspections with the option of certification via photo and video.
We also have offices set up with a CAM 3D system to make templates for the cutting and assembly of parts, including all types of piping and custom accessories.
We perform inspections using liquid penetrants, x-rays, and other means, with certification of welding upon request and to specification. Documentation is issued in close collaboration with the Centro Tecnologico Sperimentale (Center for Experimental Technology), which has a logistically convenient position next to our facilities
We are qualified for all welding positions and are able to create WPQRs and WPQs, thus ensuring the procedures themselves. The qualifications obtained are in line with current regulations and meet all UNI and EN standards.
